Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass derives and is manufactured from the highest quality of energy efficient architectural glass. Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass heat absorbent characteristics are key tempering components that prevent Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass from discoloring, melting, combusting, warping, popping, corroding, crumbling, or diminishing Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass’s tinted and/or reflective attributes. Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass will therefore warrant its fire glass product from any of the above mentioned defects for a period of 10 Years from the date of original purchase. Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass advises the consumer to operate and handle fire glass product with natural gas. Other mediums or methods used shall nullify Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass 10 Year Warranty. In addition, any testing, mistreatment, improper handling, accident or injury due to administering improper installation or usage of other ignition methods will nullify Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass 10 Year Warranty.
Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass packages its product/material in 65lb pail buckets, 25lb pail buckets, and 10lb polyurethane bags. Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass product is properly tempered, tumbled and washed to prevent sharp edges, shards, and thus delivers a clean bi-product of broken tempered glass. Minimal debris could, however, be visible as it is a bi-product of glass and accumulates after transportation and handling.
Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass 10 Year Warranty is only made to the original retail purchaser and is therefore non-transferable.

Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass 10 Year Warranty along in conjunction with architectural energy efficient tinted/ reflective glass products displays the dedication and responsibility in delivering a product that is highly appreciated and acknowledged by existing and potential valued customers.
RETURN POLICY
- Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass will honor returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Product will be inspected thoroughly to ensure no damage and/or improper mix with other material or fire glass has been made.
- Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass will not honor any partial returns nor refunds.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned fire glass product must be packaged properly to avoid damage during transit. If product is improperly packaged the customer will be responsible for any damage caused.
- Refunds will be administered towards product cost only.
- Refunds are processed after customer’s inquiry, review and acceptance of refunded amount.
- Refunds may take approximately 7-12 business days after the review process and inspection has been completed.
- Glaz Chips™ Fire Glass is not responsible for local codes and or if any of our products are or are not approved. Please check with your local building department or governing agencies for proper approvals before purchasing.
